Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel confident using Ovaara. This policy explains our refund and cancellation terms for all types of purchases. When in doubt, contact us at support@ovaara.com — we're here to help.

30-Day Free Trial

  • Completely free — no credit card required to start
  • Cancel at any time before the trial ends with no charge
  • After the trial, your account converts to a paid subscription automatically
  • Cancel before the trial ends: Settings → Subscription → Cancel

Monthly Subscription

  • Cancel anytime before your next billing date for no further charges
  • You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds for the current billing period (partial month)
  • Cancellation is effective at the end of the paid period

Annual Subscription

  • Cancel within the first 30 days for a pro-rata refund of the remaining months
  • After 30 days: no refund, but access continues until the subscription year ends
  • Pro-rata calculation: (Months remaining ÷ 12) × Annual price paid
  • Refund processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method

Ovaara Coins (Virtual Currency)

Non-Refundable
  • Coins are non-refundable once purchased — no exceptions
  • Coins have no real-world monetary value
  • Coins cannot be transferred to another account
  • Unused Coins are forfeited upon account deletion

Doctor Consultations

  • Full refund if cancelled at least 2 hours before the scheduled consultation time
  • Cancellations within 2 hours of the scheduled time: no refund
  • Once a consultation session has started: non-refundable
  • Technical issues on our end: full refund regardless of timing
  • Doctor no-show: full refund + priority rebooking

Lab Tests

  • Full refund if cancelled before sample collection begins
  • After sample collection has started: no refund possible
  • Home collection: cancel before the phlebotomist arrives for full refund
  • Lab centre visit: cancel before you check in at the lab for full refund
  • If the partner lab fails to process your sample: full refund

Marketplace Products

  • Return and refund policy varies by individual Seller
  • Check the Seller's return policy on the product listing page before purchasing
  • Ovaara is a platform facilitator and cannot process refunds on behalf of Sellers
  • For disputes, contact the Seller first; Ovaara may mediate if needed
  • Defective or incorrect products: contact Seller within 48 hours of delivery

How to Cancel Your Subscription

Follow these steps to cancel your subscription at any time:

Go to Settings (tap your profile picture)

Tap "Subscription"

Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Confirm your cancellation

You'll receive a confirmation email

Alternatively, email support@ovaara.com from your registered email address with subject "Cancel Subscription".

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

• Refunds are credited to your original payment method

• Bank processing times may add 2–5 additional business days

• Refunds for UPI payments may take up to 3–5 business days

• You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated
